The Garmin Zumo 660 will be released for shipment at the end of April, 2009, according to Las Vegas-based GPS City. This will allow users to pre-plan their routes and upload them directly to their Zumo 660s. Owners will be able to choose the road systems they prefer and select stops along the way for sightseeing, fuel, lodging, and more from the comfort of their home computer. Additional mapping of most countries can be purchased on DVD or preloaded SD/MicroSD data cards so the Zumo 660s can ride along side their owners no matter where in the world they may travel.
